If you wish to report a lost item or have lost your item in the car, please contact our customer service on 800-UDRIVE or send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
- All lost and found items should be collected by the owner within 7 days from the day they were retrieved or found.
- To claim a lost item, you are required to provide any proof of identification for the sake of documentation and future referencing.
Note: Item will not be released without proof of identification.
- In case you are not able to collect the item yourself, you may send us a NOC at email@example.com mentioning the name and contact details of the person who will collect the items on your behalf along with a valid proof of identification which will be presented to us at our office.
- In case you find anything in your Udrive that does not belong to you and is not part of the Udrive equipment, Keep the things back in the vehicle, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service on 800-udrive or firstname.lastname@example.org.
