Payments and invoices are generated instantly at the end of your trip. If we are unable to charge your card due to a lack of funds or other card-related issues, we will try again periodically during the day.
If after 2 attempts we are unable to charge your card, your account will be blocked and you will no longer be able to take any trips with services.
If you are taking a long journey, greater than a few hours reserves the right to automatically charge parts of your journey as the charge on your trip increases in value. At the end of your trip, we will only deduct the remaining amount from your card.
Kindly note that we receive details of fines or only after your trip and do not have any influence on any of these extra charges. You might receive a notification from us several weeks after your trip has ended depending on when we get notified by the concerned department. This does not waive your liability in any way.
