When starting the reservation please make sure you do the following:

  1. Accept all of the terms and conditions 
  2. Ensure you have a valid payment method with sufficient funds 
  3. Swipe to start the reservation and unlock the car

  1. You have the latest version of the app (please check on your app store for updates) 
  2. You have data on the device you are using
