By initiating the use of the vehicle, I acknowledge and agree that any traffic fines or black points accrued during the period from when the vehicle is unlocked to the end of the rental period (either upon the vehicle's return to Udrive or the conclusion of the trip as recorded in the Application) will be my sole responsibility. I consent to the transfer of all such fines and black points to my account without the need for further consultation or approval from me.
بمجرد استخدامي للمركبة، أُقِرُ وأوافق على أن أية مخالفات مرورية أو نقاط سوداء تترتب خلال الفترة من لحظة فتح المركبة حتى نهاية فترة الإيجار (إما عند إعادة المركبة إلى يو درايف أو عند انتهاء الرحلة كما هو مُسجل في التطبيق) ستكون مسؤوليتي الشخصية. وأوافق على نقل جميع هذه المخالفات والنقاط السوداء إلى حسابي دون الحاجة لمزيد من التشاور أو الموافقة مني.
