Users may cancel their monthly rental with the following penalty based on the amount of time left in their rental agreement:

1-3 months: 1 month penalty
6 months and above: 2 months penalty

Udrive reserves the right to terminate a rental if the user violates these Terms, fails to make timely payments, or engages in conduct that is detrimental to Udrive or its vehicles.
