To ensure that our customers are always satisfied with our services, we always request your feedback every time you use our service. If we find out that our car has been littered on the inside, you will be charged a service/penalty fee depending on the level of dirtiness caused to the car. The fees and penalties are listed on our website for your review. 

Please note that Udrive reserves the right to charge a fee according to the discretion of the customer representative that reviews the car’s condition. Our cars are cleaned and inspected regularly to ensure that all our members have a pleasant experience. 

We rely on our members to keep the cars clean during bookings, however, upon investigation if our team concludes that the car was left dirty, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate fee. You can get more information on our fees & fines here
