How do I check how much credit I have in my wallet?
Select the menu option on the mobile application where you will find your available credit balance.
How do I check my credit history?
To view your credit history, select the menu bar in the left side of your mobile application and click “Account Details” then click “Payment Profile” where you will find the “Credits” section.
There you will find the credit balance and the question mark symbol which will display how your previous credit was used.
How does my credits work?
Your available credit will be deducted from the daily and pay per minute rental cost.
All credits are subject to terms and conditions that can be reviewed along with the credit balance in your wallet.
Free minutes/credits cannot be paid out in cash, or be used towards any admin fees, salik, fines and penalties.
