How do I report a lost or found item?
If you wish to report a lost or found item, please contact our customer service on 800-UDRIVE or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
What proof do I need to provide to collect a lost item?
To claim a lost item, you are required to provide proof of identification.
In case you are not able to collect the item yourself, you may send us a NOC (No objection certificate) to email@example.com which includes:
1. Name and contact details of the person who will collect the items
2. Valid proof of identification.
All lost and found items should be collected by the owner within 7 days from the day they were retrieved or found.
