When do I get billed for pay per minute rentals?
Customers should always ensure they have enough funds in the selected payment method before starting their trip.
Pay per minute cars are charged at the end of your trip, once the amount of time is calculated.
Toll Gate Charges (SALIK/DARB) and fines are only charged once it is processed, which can take up to 10 working days.
When do I get billed for daily rentals?
For Daily cars, you will be billed in between your trip in partial payments for base rate of the car. In the event a payment card charge is declined by the client’s payment card issuer (either for advanced authorization or incurred charges), Udrive may suspend or terminate the use of Udrive Vehicles by the client.
