Do I get new kilometers every time I book an hourly package?

No. The kilometers does not reset every new rental period or every new hourly package.
If you're just extending your trip by adding more hourly packages, your kilometer limit stays the same and does not reset. Any extra kilometers you use beyond the limit will be charged.
To get a fresh kilometer limit, you need to either:
End the current trip and start a new one, or
Wait until 24 hours have passed from when your trip started.
