Yes, Udrive provides roadside assistance* for the whole Udrive fleet. Our roadside assistance team will assist customers in case of accidents critical issues like replacing the car, Cleaning the car in case the car is excessively dirty or extracting lost and found items towing vehicles stuck in sand etc.
Although we ensure RSA is provided to all our customers in need, some services under RSA are chargeable to the customer if the service was caused by the customer.
*Additional charges may apply based on the Udrive Penalty.
